Fitness testing at the beginning of a session measures each individual athletes’ strength, power, speed, and endurance levels. The purpose of this fitness testing is to get a baseline of the athletes’ current abilities. It is NOT to compare results to other athletes. The results will be used to set goals for athletes to work towards throughout the entirety of camp. It gives the fun fitness activities a purpose.

Session 2 - Down Payment Window Closes

To secure a spot in the summer camp fitness program, a down payment of $300 for the first two weeks of camp, must be paid in full.

The window to secure a spot opens Monday June 29, 2020 at 8:30am and closes Friday July 3, 2020 at 8:30pm.

Spots are limited.

Athletes from session 1 earn priority, other spots given on a first come, first served basis.

Open House

This is a chance for any families and athletes to come out and meet the Sole Goal Fitness team. There will be light refreshments, fitness brands selling merchandise, and most importantly fun. The Sole Goal Fitness team will distribute calendars, paperwork, and discuss what will be taking place during the camp. If you have questions but are unable to attend please contact us.
